how do i go about transferring to a different team???

ive read the online guide
something about filling out a transfer form and paying a fiver?

where can i find the form? and who do i pay the fiver too?

i want to transfer to Yardley Celtic of the Alliance 2 league from Yardley Athletic from Div 2

ive only played 6 games for them this year so i should be ok to transfer

please advise

ive changed me mind and am staying put
